Once purchased, good are not to be refundable, returned, transferred or exchanged. You may only return your order due to any of the following reasons:
- Damaged: The product was damaged during the delivery
- Defective: The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification
- Incorrect/Wrong Item: Not the product the customer ordered (e.g. wrong size, wrong color or wrong model)
