Membership Rewards Terms
A. Membership Levels
1. PerabotKINI’s Member Rewards Programme has 4 membership levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
2. Register online to become a Bronze member. Bronze members or shoppers that spent the relevant amount within a single purchase will be upgraded to the relevant membership level accordingly: RM1,500 or above for Silver membership, RM3,000 or above for Gold membership, and RM10,000 or above for Platinum membership.
Besides, Bronze members or shoppers with accumulated purchases within 365 days can also be upgraded to the relevant membership level accordingly: RM2,500 or above for Silver membership, RM6,000 or above for Gold membership, and RM10,000 or above for Platinum membership.
3. Validity and Upgrade/Downgrade of membership:
Silver and Gold memberships are valid for 365 days from the date of membership issuance/upgrade/downgrade; a member must accumulate the required transacted amount during the validity period to stay at the respective levels. When the transacted amount exceeds what is required for the current level, the membership will automatically be upgraded to the next higher level in 3 working days.
Conversely, when the transacted amount falls short of what is required for the current level, the membership will automatically be downgraded to the next lower level. It will also be cancelled automatically. In principle, Bronze & Platinum memberships are entitled to life membership; the accumulated purchases will stay till the membership is terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of this programme.
However, the membership will be revoked and accumulated transacted points nullified if there is no transaction within a 1 year period.
Example 1:
Membership Upgrade -- A customer becomes a Bronze member upon registration. Having accumulated purchases above RM2,500 within the next 365 days, the membership will automatically be upgraded to Silver at the start of the next validity period, and the accumulated transacted amount reset to zero.
After accumulating purchases worth RM6,000 within 365 days of becoming a Silver member, the membership will automatically be upgraded to Gold at the start of the next validity period, and the accumulated transacted amount reset to zero. In addition, if a member has accumulated purchases of RM10,000 within 365 days, the membership will automatically be upgraded to Platinum directly at the start of the next validity period.
Example 2:
Membership Downgrade -- A Gold member who fails to accumulate purchases worth RM6,000 within 365 days will have the membership downgraded to Silver at the start of the next validity period, and further downgraded to Bronze if the accumulated purchasing amount within the next 365 days falls short of RM2,500, and so on.
4. Members of all levels must provide full details in the "Member’s Information" form before being issued a welcome gift voucher. The voucher is valid for 2 months from the date of issuance and only can be used once per person at any store of PerabotKINI.
B. Reward Point
1. Bronze member is entitled to earn 1 Reward Point for every RM1 spent; Silver member is entitled to earn 2 Reward Points for every RM1 spent; Gold member is entitled to earn 3 Reward Points for every RM1 spent; Platinum member is entitled to earn 4 Reward Points for every RM1 spent. For monetary calculation of points rewarded, no decimal places are included, nor will they be brought forward to the next transaction.
RM1 can be redeemed for every 100 Reward Points accumulated for future purchases. The amount of Reward Points used for each transaction is not capped. (Note: Reward Points need to be converted to e-coupons first before making purchases at our physical stores.)
2. Reward Points earned with online purchases will be automatically issued to a member’s account after the shipment is completed (3 working days). Reward Points earned with purchases made at a physical store will be deposited into a member’s account after the shipment is completed (3 working days).
No Reward Points will be awarded in the event of cancelled online purchases, return of online purchases, or return of goods purchased at a physical store.
3. All members will receive a birthday shopping gift voucher during the birthday month, which can be used online or at the physical stores (one time only).
4. Reward Points used for purchases or gift redemption will be deducted immediately. If the order is cancelled, goods returned or refunded, Reward Points earned from the purchase will be automatically deducted.
5. Valid from the day of issuance, Reward Points could be accumulated provided they are used before the expiry dates. Members must convert the Reward Points into e-coupons first and use them within 30 days.)
6. Accumulated Reward Points can be converted into e-coupons (RM20 / RM100 / RM500) and used for purchases within 30 days. Should any transaction made with such coupons be cancelled or the goods returned with our consent, the e-coupons concerned are non-refundable, could not be exchanged for cash or returned to the member in any manner.
7. Reward Points cannot be exchanged for cash. Reward Points are calculated based on the amount after the discount (excluding shipping charges).
8. Reward Points from different member accounts cannot be pooled together, and Reward Points cannot be transferred to other member accounts.
9. Reward Points refer to points available as specified in the account. (If there is a discrepancy due to the points validity, redemption time, or data update in progress, the available points specified in the account shall prevail)
10. Enquiries about members’ Reward Points can be made at "My Account" in the "My Reward Points".
All member points and their validity period in the records of Crown Lifestyle Marketing Sdn. Bhd. are final.
